The Marine Drive Apartments redevelopment represents one of the most significant affordable housing transformations underway on Buffalo’s waterfront. As the General Contractor, Christa Construction is leading the multi-phase effort to replace outdated infrastructure and residences with a modern, resilient, and community-forward housing development. Phase One includes construction of a new 12-story residential tower, a seven-story mixed-income building, and a three-story rowhouse structure, along with an enclosed 188-space parking garage and ground-floor community amenities. Our team is responsible for overseeing all aspects of sitework, logistics, and building execution, ensuring each component is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standard.

This redevelopment will ultimately provide nearly 700 new affordable homes, expanded public spaces, and improved pedestrian circulation across the historic Marine Drive community.
