Senior Housing Midvale Commons – 76 units

Midvale Commons is an affordable housing on a 10.6 acre site. This new construction development will consists of 2 stories with 76 affordable units for seniors totaling 76,188 sq ft. The development will be all electric, carbon neutral, and net-zero compliant via on-site and off-site solar arrays. This project was a Building of Excellence winner and will achieve PHIUS Certification upon completion. The total anticipated construction duration is 18 months.
