Affordable & Supportive Housing Skybird Landing Apartments – 60 Units

Skybird Landing Apartments is an affordable housing community that consist of six two-story, wood framed, apartment buildings, for a total of 60 units. The six-building apartment complex features both one– and two-bedroom apartments. One-site supportive services are available for 30 tenants. There are 12 ADA units and three Hearing and Visually Accessible (HVA) units in the building as well. Apartment complex amenities include a community room, lounges and a computer lab.  The name takes homage to Geneseo’s National Warplane Museum which played a large role in the interior design of the buildings. The total project is on 6.5 acres.
