Affordable & Supportive Housing State Street Apartments – 46 Units

The State Street Apartments project in Olean, NY is an adaptive reuse of a warehouse that have forty-six units of affordable housing. Twenty-one of the apartments are 1-bedroom units, and the remaining 24 are 2-bedroom units. These apartments offer a variety of resources to its residents, including a community room, computer lab, fitness center, and a playground for the children.

These apartments provide much needed affordable housing to the local community. It also provides residents with access to modern amenities that will help them to live comfortably and conveniently.
