State Street Apartments in Olean, NY is an adaptive reuse of the former Market Basket warehouse into 46 affordable units, including 14 units with supportive services. The apartment complex features 21 one-bedroom and 25 two-bedroom units. On-site amenities include a community room with kitchen, fitness center, computer lab, playground, and free in-unit high-speed Wi-Fi. Residents also enjoy a landscaped courtyard along the water.
