October 20, 2023 Center City Courtyard Receives Over $70M to Build New Affordable Housing Community
October 19, 2023 (Rochester, NY) – New York State Governor Hochul announces financing for more than 700 homes across New York. One of the projects included is Center City Courtyard in Rochester, NY.
The new affordable housing community co-developed by HELP USA and CSD Housing and being built by Christa Construction has received $72.7 million for the construction.
The Center City Courtyard project consists of the demolition of the existing parking lot to construct a 5-story, 164-unit apartment complex. The development will include 95 apartments with supportive services for veterans formerly experiencing homelessness, individuals with substance abuse disorder, and people with justice involvement.
