October 31, 2023 DePaul’s Port Byron Apartments Awarded LEED for Homes Gold Certification

October 31, 2023 (Port Byron, NY) – DePaul’s Port Byron Apartments in Port Byron, New York were recently awarded LEED for Homes Gold Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).

To become LEED Gold certified, the building  had to meet exacting standards for energy use, lighting, water and material use, as well as incorporate a variety of sustainable strategies.
