December 7, 2021 Christa Breaks Ground for Dominic Hollow Apartments

December 7 Ballston Spa, NY – CDS Dominic Hollow Apartments broke ground early December. This apartment complex will be a 3-story, 60 unit affordable senior living community. Thirty apartments will be reserved for adults who will receive on-site services provided by RISE Housing and Support Services.
