June 14, 2024 Christa Built Port Byron Apartments has Open House
June 13, 2024 (Port Byron, NY) – Christa Construction celebrated the Open House of Port Byron Apartments. The apartments are officially ready for renters to move in.
This affordable and supportive apartment complex has 69 units total, 30 of which are eligible to receive on-site support services. These supportive services are funded through the Empire State Supportive Housing Initiative and administered by the New York State Office of Mental Health. On-site staff will help connect residents with health and education services available throughout the county and region.
This project also was designed to focus on sustainability. This included Energy Star appliances, water conserving plumbing fixtures, and an electric vehicle charging station.
Apartment complex features include access to on-site transportation, a pet park, walking paths, community garden, and playground. All units features free, high-speed internet.
