June 11, 2024 (Binghamton, NY) – Christa Construction celebrated the groundbreaking of 200 Court Street Apartments in Binghamton, NY.

In partnership with Helio Health and Passero, this project aims to provide affordable and supportive housing for those within the community. This project will renovate three connected existing buildings and build a three-story addition.

Project amenities will also include a community room, exterior recreation space in the courtyard, and a fitness center. Lounges, laundry rooms, and trash rooms will be located on each floor.
