Christa Construction teamed with DePaul to transform the historic site of the Delaware, Lackawanna & Western Railroad into Pan-American Square — a 150-unit affordable housing community with three connected buildings and green spaces. Designed with residents in mind, each unit includes modern appliances and utilities, and the campus features lounges, computer access, and a staffed commercial kitchen offering meals and support services.

Pan-American Square is also making waves for its green design, with top sustainability certifications like PHIUS+ Source Zero and Energy Star. Christa played a key role in achieving these milestones with DePaul and the design team.
