September 25, 2023 The Christa Built Lock 7 Apartments Announced as NYSAFAH’s Project of the Year Upstate Region 2023

September 25, 2023 (Rochester, NY) – We’re proud to announce that the Christa Built Lock 7 Apartments has been announced as NYSAFAH’s Project of the Year Upstate Region 2023.

DePaul Lock 7 Apartments completed in September 2022, is a multi-family, supportive housing complex that was formerly an empty space along the river.  The complex features 80 one- and two-bedroom units, with 20 apartments for family households with a need for supportive services, the remaining units are for the elderly with additional supportive services provided on site.

The apartment complex is located in a residential area near many local amenities such as grocery shopping, schools, places of worship, medical care, banks, libraries, government agencies and general shopping.

Award winners will be recognized at NYSAFAH’s reception on November 1st at 6 PM in New York City.
