April 23, 2018 Town of Irondequoit breaks ground on the new DPW Garage

The Town of Irondequoit breaks ground on the new DPW Garage site. The project will include construction of a 72,000 SF garage on a 10.9 parcel of land. April 2, 2018 Construction Update: DePaul Upper Falls Apartments

Construction on the Upper Falls Square Apartments has steadily been progressing. Building B is close to completion, with the installation of appliances and fire alarms. Work continues on Building A with flooring, roofing and siding installation, painting and ceiling work.

March 1, 2018 Henrietta Public Library Construction Update

The Henrietta Public Library is anticipated to open in Spring 2019. Last month tons of crushed stone was placed at the site of the new library to establish a building pad and proposed parking lot. Architects and designers also have been working on interior concepts for the new library, which feature lots of light, natural materials, and earth-tone neutrals.
