May 19, 2021 Town of Chili Celebrates Grand Opening of New Community Center

Chili, NY – Christa Construction’s Construction Management Team joined the Town of Chili, Passero Associates and other team members to complete the Town’s New Chili Community Center. The 95,000 square foot facility broke ground in January 2019 and completed on time and within budget, April 2021. The recently completed Chili Community Center had its grand opening on Saturday, May 15th, 2021.

The Chili Community Center is a multi-purpose space that serves as a community hub for different groups. The Chili Community Center houses a senior center, library and recreational building that includes a full-scale gym with basketball courts. This project explores how a single facility can create efficiencies through a shared space as well as encourage interaction between different user groups.
