December 20, 2024 DePaul True North Apartments Officially Breaks Ground in Rochester, NY

December 19, 2024 (Rochester, NY) – The Christa Team proudly announces that DePaul‘s True North Apartments has officially broken ground! This $38 million project will bring 70 affordable apartments and a recovery and wellness clinic operated by the Finger Lakes Area Counseling and Recovery Agency (FLACRA) to the community. This project will also have 35 units that provide vital housing and supportive services for individuals over 55 and families facing homelessness, fostering connection and independence.

With an anticipated opening in the summer of 2026, True North Development will serve income-eligible individuals with a focus on those earning between 30-80% of the area median income (approximately $23,000). This impactful project is made possible through state and federal funding, reflecting a collective commitment to building stronger, healthier communities.
