November 15, 2024 Christa Construction Celebrates Ribbon Cutting & Groundbreaking of Barrel Factory Lofts
November 14, 2024 (Kingston, NY) – The Christa Team celebrated the ribbon cutting of Phase 1 and the groundbreaking for Phase 2 of Barrel Factory Lofts in Kingston, NY. In Phase 1, the empty 18,000-square-foot Barrel Factory has been transformed into 12 affordable housing units with 3,500 square feet of commercial flex space and additional amenities for the complex. Phase 2 will be a new building, creating a 100-unit mixed-use, mixed-income apartment complex.
