The loft styled apartments consist of a modernized color palette, open layout, custom steel staircases with cable railings with some lofts overlooking the waterway. Liberty Street Lofts incorporates rich historical value in the American grape and wine industry. In the late 1800s to early 1900s, the building where 111 Liberty Street Lofts now resides in was known as the Fruit House, used by William Wise, the “Grape King” William Wise as a warehouse to store fruit baskets. It was subsequently converted to a grape pressing facility by Paul Garrett, the “Dean of American Winemakers,” and became part of Garrett and Co., one of the largest wine producers in the United States.

This building is 26,000 square feet and will house commercial space on the main floor where offices, such as an orthodontist office, can be found.
