600 on East is a 35,000-sf mixed-use Class-A office and luxury apartment building located in the heart of Rochester’s cultural and museum district on East Avenue. A 5-story mid-rise design included 1st and 2nd floor offices in 10,000sf and 12 apartments on floors 3 – 5 that shared structured parking, roof-top terraces, and multiple conference rooms as standard amenities to every resident. The project was built in less than 12-months and delivered fully leased.
