The 600 East Avenue building was built by first starting with a total demolition of the existing building which then transformed into a four-story high end mixed-use building located in Rochester, New York’s cultural district. Both commercial and residential tenants reside in the building, which includes four luxury one-bedroom apartments, eight luxury two-bedroom apartments and 8,500 square feet of office space and covered parking.

Amenities for the luxury one and two bedroom apartments include open floor plans, spacious balconies, independently controlled central A/C, electric hot water, and washer and dryer. Kitchens feature stainless steel appliances, gas stove, solid surface tops and luxury vinyl wood flooring with pendant lighting. Enclosed secure parking garage space is also included.

Located in the heart of Rochester, NY’s cultural district one can enjoy all the most modern amenities within one or two bedroom suites with the view of the spectacular grounds that surround 600 East Ave. It is also conveniently located within walking or short driving distance to museums, theaters, churches, art galleries, shops,as well as many of the area’s favorite restaurants and night life spots.
