Municipal Webster Recreation Center

Christa was selected by the Town of Webster to perform Construction Management services for the renovations and addition to the Webster Recreation Center.  The project also included site work, framing, masonry, HVAC, plumbing & fire protection.

The 43,000 square foot expanded center allowed the recreation department to bring all its programs together.

The most recent building addition included a new gym/walking track, multi-purpose rooms, swing space rooms, administrative area, youth center, activity rooms, locker rooms, meeting room, instructional space, fitness area and offices.  The new complex also has a senior lounge, a full-size kitchen, a “marquee room” that seats  about 250 people, a game room and a dance aerobics room.

The 75-acre site also features multiple ball fields, hiking trails, and miscellaneous passive recreational facilities.  Plenty of parking is available, with the construction of a new 240-car parking lot.
