Municipal Irondequoit Public Library

Christa Construction served as the Construction Manager for the new Town of Irondequoit Central Library.

The 38,700 square foot library sits adjacent to the Irondequoit Town Hall. This library replaces two former library branches. The new library serves as the heart of the community providing more room for collections, community meeting space, multi-functional maker’s lab, senior center, teen reading and study area as well as a children’s center.

This project has won awards such as the APWA Genesee Valley Chapter Project of the Year and NAIOP Project of the Year.
