Student Housing The Hill Racquet Club Apartments – 183 Units

The Hill Apartments is a 183-unit pet-friendly, apartment complex. Phase I included the renovation of 102 apartment units. Renovations were made to the interior finishes within the residential units and internal modifications to the common areas.

Phase II consists of a three-story, approximately 123,000 square foot apartment complex. Phase II offers 81 units that rage from one-, two-, four– and five-bedroom apartments. Features include a contemporary design, fully equipped kitchen, spacious cabinetry and en-suite bathrooms.

Apartment complex amenities include an on-site fitness center, internet café, dog park, computer lab, courtyard with outdoor kitchen and study areas.
