Senior Housing Rivers Run

Rivers Run Senior Living Community provides residents a superior environment, located along the Genesee River, with numerous learning and cultural opportunities. Rivers Run is one of the very few 55 and older living communities where residents own their own home. This project includes 70 cottage units and 82 independent living apartments. The cottages offer open floor plans with room customization and “Age-in-Place” friendly construction. The cottages feature private road and park like setting, man-made water features, individual and fully accessible front entry, walk-in closets, gas fireplace and stainless steel appliances.

Three town homes were recently built, each approximately 4,900 square feet for a total of 14,750 square feet. Each unit will feature mid-grade cabinetry with quartz counter tops and will also have a two car garage.

Community amenities include a social committee, FYI (Forever Young Initiative) activities, river access adjacent to RIT boat house and transportation services to RIT. The Community Center also features fitness/wellness center, lecture hall, book discussion groups and more.
