Student Housing The Lodge – Riverwood Student Housing

The Lodge is a student housing community that features 78 two-story wood framed cottages and townhouses, totaling 687 beds. Community amenities include a fitness center, clubhouse, pool pavilion and maintenance barn. The complex offers one- to five – bedroom furnished apartments, ranging from 600 to 1,800 square feet. Residence features include all private bathrooms, in-unit washer and dryer, patio space high-speed Internet and utilities. As the project needed an expedited project completion, Christa Construction worked together with Passero to complete this student housing complex on time and within budget. The total project size is 300,000 square feet of construction on 50 acres.
