The Henrietta Town Hall; West Wing Renovation creates a more effective workspace while maintaining the cohesion required for the Engineering, Building and Fire Prevention Departments to function together. This much needed renovation along with the Roof Replacement cost approximately $1 Million.

Designed by the Town Engineering Department and managed Design Build style by Christa Construction, this project features updated energy efficient Lighting and HVAC units, a new and more efficient layout of the Engineering, Building and Fire Prevention Departments space, including separate receptions for each department along with a conveniently located shared printing room. The renovation also included the lower level of the west wing; updating previous meeting rooms to a break room and functional public space in a 70 year old facility.
