March 13, 2026 Gail Morelle Named 2026 Circle of Excellence Honoree

We are proud to announce that Gail Morelle, Vice President, has been named a 2026 Circle of Excellence honoree by the Rochester Business Journal’s Women of Excellence Awards.

The Circle of Excellence nominations are reserved for past Women of Excellence honorees whose leadership, impact, and commitment to their communities have set a lasting standard for others to follow. It recognizes women who not only excel in their professions, but who also demonstrate continued dedication to mentorship, service, and strengthening the regions they serve.

Gail’s recognition places her among an accomplished group of leaders across Rochester’s business community. The 2026 honoree list includes many high‑achieving women from industries such as construction, law, food markets, accounting, and architecture, who are celebrated for their professional accomplishments and community involvement.

Throughout her career at Christa, Gail has lived the qualities this award represents. Her leadership has shaped major initiatives across the company, her mentorship has supported the growth of emerging professionals through apprenticeship programs, and her commitment to community partnerships has strengthened Christa’s impact across the region.
