February 20, 2026 The Confluence Court Apartments Now Complete
Binghamton, NY – We are proud to announce the completion of the Confluence Court Apartments. This project is a transformative affordable and supportive housing development located in downtown Binghamton. This project redeveloped a long-vacant property into a residential community providing stable housing and critical support services for residents in the Southern Tier.

As the general contractor, Christa Construction partnered with development and design teams to deliver 111 high-quality apartment units. These units were created through renovating the existing structure and the construction of a new three-story addition. The redevelopment revitalizes the former Sheltered Workshop site, which had been unused for more than a decade, returning it to active use and strengthening the surrounding downtown corridor.
Units are offered in a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments, with a significant portion of these units designated for individuals and families in need of affordable and supportive housing. This development offers onsite services to help residents access resources that promote long-term stability, independence, and well-being.

Our teams completed extensive interior and exterior renovations, integrated modern building systems, and coordinated all construction activities within a dense urban environment. Christa Construction remained focused on safety, quality craftsmanship, and collaboration with partners to ensure the successful delivery of this redevelopment.
With construction completed The Confluence Court Apartments stand as a visible sign of progress for downtown Binghamton and provide much-needed housing while contributing to the continued revitalization of the community.

Christa Construction is honored to have played a role in bringing this important project to completion and looks forward to continuing its work delivering high-quality developments that strengthen neighborhoods across New York State.
