Center City Courtyard

Center City Courtyard received the Construction Management Award, celebrating the project’s outstanding execution, coordination, and delivery. Located in the heart of downtown Rochester, the development transformed a long‑vacant block into a vibrant residential community, bringing new energy, activity, and high‑quality affordable housing to the heart of our city. Our team led the construction effort from preconstruction through completion, navigating the complexities of an urban site while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and community impact.

Pan-American Square Apartments

The Pan-American Square Apartments were honored with the Innovation Award, recognizing forward‑thinking solutions that push the boundaries of design and performance. This 150‑unit affordable and supportive housing community reimagined a former rail corridor as a high‑performing, all‑electric campus built around connection, resilience, and resident well‑being. The project integrates Passive House strategies, advanced energy systems, and community‑informed design to create a healthier, more sustainable living environment for individuals and families in Buffalo.
