July 8, 2026 Celebrating the Completion of the Hooper Road Apartments in Endicott, NY

Christa Construction is proud to celebrate the completion of The Hooper Road Apartments. A new 80‑unit affordable and supportive senior housing community in Endicott, NY. The project marks a major investment in Broome County’s housing infrastructure. As well as a meaningful step forward in expanding access to safe, sustainable homes for older adults.

July 8th, 2026, Christa joined local officials, project partners, and community members for a ribbon cutting ceremony marking the official completion of the new development. The event celebrated not only the end of construction but also the collaboration and vision that made this project possible.

The Hooper Road Apartments feature 78 one‑bedroom and 2 two‑bedroom units. 40 apartments have been dedicated to supportive housing for seniors aged 62 and older. Residents will have access to on‑site services designed to promote independence and well‑being. Shared amenities include a welcoming lobby, community room with a full kitchen, fitness center, laundry facilities, and a computer lounge.

Built to LEED‑Gold standards, the development reflects Christa Construction’s commitment to sustainability and long‑term community impact. The building utilizes all‑electric heating and cooling systems, Energy Star appliances, LED lighting, low‑flow plumbing fixtures, and includes four electric vehicle charging stations.
